Donald is Senior Vice President for Claims, Design & Delivery at Allstate, where he also served as Head of Claims, U.S. Insurance Operations. He joined the NICB Board of Governors in 2023.
Previously, he provided strategic direction consulting services to insurance carriers and institutional investors and private equity firms at DLJ Consulting, and was Associate Vice President, Property & Casualty Claims, and Associate Vice President, National Recovery Officer, for Nationwide.
