Mr. Moore is a Senior Director, Claims Process for the Progressive Group of Insurance Companies. He has been in the insurance industry since 1990 serving in various operational, leadership and executive positions across claims, investigations and corporate functions. He joined the NICB Board of Governors in 2022.
Mr. Moore joined Progressive in 2004 as a Regional Claims Director and has held various roles in the claims organization. In his current role he is responsible for multiple claim processes to include oversight of the claims anti-fraud strategy, Special Investigations, Fraud Analytics, Fire and Theft Claims and Claims Coverage Risk Management. Prior to joining Progressive he was the Director of Investigations for Unitrin Direct and previously led the investigation departments of Reliant Insurance and Crawford & Company. He has worked closely with NICB for over 20 years on various committees, strategy teams and advisory boards.
Mr. Moore started his insurance career right out of college at Allstate as a Multi-Lines Claims Representative. He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Law and holds a FCLS designation from the American Educational Institute.
