Mr. Jackson is an Assistant Vice President at USAA and currently leads the Special Investigations Unit. He joined the NICB Board of Governors in 2023.
In his current role, Mr. Jackson is responsible for identifying, measuring, and mitigating fraud risk for the Claims SIU organization. Previously, Mr. Jackson served as the USAA SIU Director, leading all specialty units within the SIU portfolio. Prior to joining USAA, Mr. Jackson served as Assistant Vice President of the Zurich Claims Investigative Services group where he was responsible for the U.S. counter-fraud program.
Mr. Jackson has more than 20 years combined law enforcement and NICB service. He holds industry designations of Fraud Claims Law Associate (FLCA) and Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI). Mr. Jackson has served in industry leadership roles such the International Association of Special Investigation Units.
