HAVELOCK, Craven County — A contractor has been arrested on fraud charges related to Hurricane Florence damage.
Havelock Police said Love’s Construction was contracted by the victim to complete repairs to his home after the hurricane but didn't finish the work the owner had been paid $150,000 to perform.
