On August 6, 2024, NICB agents joined the Monroe Township Police and the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office at the event at Owen’s Park. The NICB agents spoke to community members about the impact of insurance fraud and how it can be prevented.
Hosted every year on the first Tuesday in August, this organized event promotes law enforcement and community partnerships, stronger relationships as well as bringing citizens together to reinforce unity to make neighborhoods a safer place to reside.
NICB contributed to the National Night Out events by providing literature handouts on a myriad of topics including the Hotline number, Vehicle Theft, Disaster Fraud and Staged Accidents. Agents explained NICB’s mission and how it impacts law enforcement, community members and the insurance industry.
