The NICB joined the Newport News Police Department and the Hampton Police Department at a catalytic converter VIN etching event on Saturday, October 23, 2021. The joint hosts etched 57 vehicles and distributed over 200 packets of auto theft prevention materials to attendees of the 19th annual Virginia Fall Classic Car Show.
