Law enforcement entered owner information and trailer descriptions into a county database

NICB SA W. Woloszczuk was onsite to assist with this community event 

On April 23. 2022, NICB Special Agent W. Woloszczuk joined the Lexington County Sheriff’s Office and adjoining Batesburg-Leesville Police Department at a free trailer stamping event for local citizens. Residents were encouraged through Facebook and local media to have their personal trailers stamped with an owner applied number. Thirty-five (35) trailers were stamped during the four-hour event. Lexington County Sheriff’s Office also downloaded the owner information and description of the trailers into a county database for future reference of reported thefts.
