Oklahoma City contractor charged with more than $39,000 in fraud in Comanche, Pottawatomie, Grady Counties

OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 27, 2024) – The Office of the Attorney General has charged an Oklahoma City man with defrauding clients out of more than $39,000 for construction work that was never done.

Prosecutors allege Paris Bilbro 29, contracted with customers in Lawton, McLoud and Tuttle for roof repairs over a two-month period last year. His company, AMG Construction Group, failed to do any of the work it was contracted to complete. Bilbro never refunded the money.

Attorney General Gentner Drummond said his office has no tolerance for consumer fraud.
