Stolen Vehicle

An NICB agent was contacted by a member company for assistance in recovering a stolen vehicle from the airport lot. The agent contacted law enforcement to offer investigative assistance and  indicated the stolen vehicle appeared to travel the same route daily from a residence to a middle school. The NICB agent notified the police that this appeared to occur during the same hours daily. Law Enforcement followed the vehicle on that route on February 26, 2024. The vehicle stopped near the residence where NICB provided  information for possible occupants. Two individuals were arrested operating the allegedly stolen vehicle and they both resided at the location noted from the law enforcement investigative report and license plate reader cameras. The arrested individuals were charged with RSP over 10,000.00, vehicle. The matter is pending in Circuit Court.
