Tulsa police arrest man operating chop shop

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — The Tulsa Police Department has a man in custody after a search warrant led to officials finding an operating chop shop.
Officials said Charles Simpkins was arrested for illegally dismantling stolen vehicles and selling their parts.
In his front yard, police found hundreds of bikes, most likely stolen, in several stages of disrepair.
During the search of Simpkins' house, officers found 7 guns, several of which were loaded, meth, money from drug sales, three stolen vehicles, and evidence of a working chop shop.
