BENCH WARRANT ISSUED AFTER FAILURE TO APPEAR

The Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner issued a press release regarding an individual who faces five felony charges related to auto theft and failed to appear in Yakima County Superior Court. A bench warrant has been issued.
