NICB attends recent Operation Etch & Catch event in Maryland

The NICB was on site Sunday June 25, 2023, at Fitzgerald Subaru in North Bethesda, MD to support Montgomery Police Department’s Operation Etch & Catch. Twenty-one vehicles were marked with unique VINs during this community event.
