Karen A. Graczyk
Karen Graczyk is the Vice President of Information Technology for the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Ms. Graczyk is responsible for the strategic technological direction of the organization. She provides vision and leadership in the development and implementation of technology solutions which promote organizational growth while maintaining a stable and secure environment. Ms. Graczyk oversees all solutions and functions related to information technology to ensure maximum value is delivered across all IT investments.
Ms. Graczyk joined the technology division of the National Automobile Theft Bureau (NATB) in 1988 and worked there until the NATB merged with the Insurance Crime Prevention Institute in 1991 to form the NICB. Over the course of her IT career, Ms. Graczyk has had roles in technology support, networking, and development. She has held several management and leadership positions, including Director of IT, prior to her current position. Her tenure with NICB and deep business knowledge has allowed her to engage as a credible partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement new technology solutions that provide new opportunities, enhance our member, and partner experiences, and drive internal optimization.
Ms. Graczyk received a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from Governors State University and a master’s degree in Information Security from Lewis University. She has a certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in cybersecurity.
